FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

A well-maintained wrap can last up to 5 years, depending on vehicle use and maintenance.

Yes. All vinyls that we apply can be removed without any issues. However, please note that this process is not a 5 minute job though, it will take around 5 hours to restore a vehicle back to its original paint finish.

Generally, an exterior color change wrap takes between 3-5 days, while a full-color change wrap can take 5-7 days. We always provide an estimated timeframe before starting the wrap.

In most cases, damaged sections of the wrap can be replaced without redoing the entire wrap. If your wrap gets damaged, bring your vehicle in for an assessment and we’ll quickly evaluate the damage and replace the necessary parts.

Yes, in the UK, you should inform your insurance company and the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) about any changes to your vehicle’s appearance, including a car wrap.

Informing your insurance company is crucial as it may affect your coverage. You may need to update your policy to reflect the change in value or appearance of the vehicle. Failure to notify your insurance company could result in your insurance being invalidated.

You also need to notify the DVLA about any changes to the vehicle’s appearance, including changes to its color or graphics. You can do this by updating your vehicle registration certificate (V5C) and sending it to the DVLA. Failure to update your V5C could result in a fine.

You can wash your car immediately after leaving our workshop, as the vinyl we use doesn’t require drying or curing time.

However, to ensure the longevity of your wrap, we recommend using touchless car washes or hand washing. Be cautious with high-pressure washers, as they can potentially lift the edges of the wrap.

Certainly! Whether you have a design in mind or need assistance creating one, we’ve got you covered.

From custom designs to a wide range of finishes including gloss, satin, matte, chrome, flip colors, and more, the possibilities are endless!

Absolutely! Wrapping is an excellent option for leased vehicles as it protects the original paint from damage and wear. Plus, it can be removed at the end of the lease without damaging the vehicle’s paint.
